Village Volunteer Counselors : We recruit and train village volunteer counselors to educate and motivate parents and caregivers on early childhood development, proper nutrition, responsive caregiving, and good health practices. Trained Paraprofessional Teachers and Advocacy for Permanent Staff : We train paraprofessional teachers to deliver quality early learning at our ECD centres.
