Mtipule Primary school is situated 15 km from Morogoro-Iringa high way. One side of the village borders Mikumi National Park. Based on the geographical orientation of this village, it is quite usual for elephants to invade the village, destroy crops and threaten people's lives. During the Pre-Assessment, Mtipule Primary school was found to have a shortage of four (4) classrooms, the situation that had caused congestion in the classrooms. Children from different grades were sharing classrooms, and teaching could not be effectively delivered by teachers. The school has been provided with 3 classrooms for Primary and 1 classroom for pre-primary, 60 desks, 1 borehole and 3 teachers' tables and chairs. The learning environment at Mtipule has significantly changed.
